ok doods/ettes since i'm into this loosing fat competition i gotta eat healthy :p and i was just wondering if anybody knows how to cook steak without butter or oil (yes margarine too )...so far the only way i can think of is boiling steak but i only like it that way in pho :p:lol:...so any ideas?
or good recipies that would be healthy, i'd really appreciate it (my stomack won't but it's for the best :lol::p)

so far the healthiest things i'm eating is Pho but with just a little bit of noodles and no onions just broccoli instead, fresh rolls, asian chicken wraps (just boiled chicken with no salt no nothing) wiith lots of cucumber and little bits of rice noodles (i'm starting to feel asian here :p :lol:) and lettuce on top of lettuce :).
boiled chicken with steam rice and steam veggies ...no salt no nothing.

please doods any advice or ideas woudl be great:)
 
hmmm being Vietnamese an alternative to pho, as most pho place use msg. Unless you make your own stock broth which is super easy if u have the time.

cooking steak u could always grill( like the gorge forman grill!!!!/ olive oil in my opinion is not cheating IMO!!

instead of eating spring rolls that involve eating those rice paper wraps in substitution used salad instead to wrap your roll. here are some easy recipes

yes i make my own pho here at home, we got this beef baste that makes the broth really good :) and yes i like the fish sauce, i can't believe how much we use it and it brings a very good taste to the food :) .

i'll try the links everybody because definetly i'm running out of ideas and to me it's just hard to make something healthy without the butter or tons of oil :p
 
Hi Gabs, i am a fat losing Guru:) if you are truly serious about this competition let me know. i used to do competitive bodybuilding and would lose like 30 pounds of fat for my competitions. as far as cooking steak goes your choices are broiling pan or boiling it. a better meat choice would be chicken since it is alot less calorie dense which means you can eat alot more of it and still consume the same amount of calories
 
yes i'm very serious dood, so far i'm trying really hard to go back into running, it's been 7 years since the last time i stepped into a threadmill, Robacha is the one that uses it :lol: but now since last week i've been trying to hamsterize myself again which i can't believe how slow i am but i know it's gonna take sometime .
i'm also trying to do push ups (at least 30), sit ups (50 ) and trying to lift light weights (i'm doing #2 :p) since i'm starting all over again i don't know if that's enough, the only thing right now hurting is my leg muscles that's about it...no belly pain or arm pain .
eating hmm..ohh boy believe it or not it's been kind of hard, i quit drinking coffee, lattes, sodas which i got sick from it because i'm very addicted to coffeeine :p and i changed it for a v8 and i'm drinking lots and lots of water.
so far it's been a little bit hard because i crave lots and lots of junk food hehe, but i think i'm doing better than hubby .
so please dood any tips or any advice would be wonderful, i really really wanna win and i know i need to work a lot since i was the one with the most body % fat :lol: :p
