COPPER vs PVC

I have an abundance of copper piping and am looking to build the ultimate reef setup. With the price of pure copper not worth recycling at the time why not use it for this ULTIMATE REEF!! Just curious what everyone thinks of using copper instead of pvc for plumbing. WAHOO! Am I excited to get this going!









by the way I'm just kidding, no one should use copper, but thought I'd provide some Friday entertainment for those that are online

Sleeve your PVC with copper tubing and freak reefers out when they come over to look at your tank. Tell them all the wonderful colors and growth are from the heavy metals in the water.

MMMM copper.. you should do a false back wall of your tank instead of rock or black paint make it out of penny's put it on the outside of the tank but tell people it's on the inside!!

I could take some of your copper pipe and machine it into shavings and you
could spray foam those to your back wall !!!! You would have a ich free
stylish Tank ! I think you're onto something here perry
