Hello,
Boomer is correct with the ID.
They are nonphotosynthetic. They are almost impossible to keep alive due to their nutritional requirements. They are best kept in a dark location to prevent algae growth on them. They have small white polyps that extend for feeding. I do not know of anyone who has kept one alive for an extended period in their home aquarium. A beautiful coral tempting to try but best left in the ocean.
Regards,
Kevin
