Has anyone else had any problems with getting CoralVue to get back to you? I recently bought a Calc Reactor from them, through another company, and one of the pipes actually busted on me when i tried to set it up. This is a brand new reactor. I contacted CoralVue (email) on 3 seperate occasions inquiring on how to get ahold of a replacement part and I have still yet to hear back from them. This has been going on for a week now and I really need to get my reactor up and running. I'm not necessarily expecting the replacement part to be free, although that would be great customer service if it was, but I would like to get some sort of resolution to this issue so that I can get my calc reactor up and running. If anybody has any experience with CoralVue getting back to their customers please let me know what I need to do to make this happen.

I would contact the company you bought the reactor from and let them handle the exchange.
CoralVue may respond better to a company that makes large orders from them vs. a single customer.

Try them both by phone and email...repeatedly. They had some problems with email recently. They are also dealing with new pricing, new skimmer lines, and other new product lines right now so I'm sure they are swamped. Once you get a hold of someone they are awesome to deal with.

i had a problem with my ballast, when i first got my light from them. i contacted the online store i bought it from and he wasn't the most helpful. i emailed coralvue and their response was "no problem" have the store replace the unit and we'll give them credit for the ballast. i had to forward the email to the store to get him "on board" with the exchange. but i found coralvue excellent to deal with.
