This helped me decide what to do with my new tank.Temperate, low light, kick butt skimmer, and my sump in a tote plumbed to my waste water from Ro\di,witch is hooked to a well and should keep my tank plenty cool. It's just running down the sink anyway,so why not set my sump in a tote, that has a constant supply of cold water running through it.

New pet

Well, only day three and it eats just about anything.Lowered temp from 78 to 74,and it seems to be doing well.Actually seems to reconize when i come in the shop and swims up to the front for a quick bite to eat.Likes mysis, and a home made food that is algae based.

little better shot of my new frend

I got a tri-pod for christmas, and it seem's to help with the quality of my pics.

Thanks for the info though. Seems to be a pretty special species I hope everything works great for you. Maybe even get to make some baby Nautilus'. ;)

Doing great

As far as i can tell it's doing awesome.Eats about as much as a full size dog.If you have never looked straight at a Natules as it eats, from 1 inch away than you have never seen bazare to the extream.I think Ill keep it.I took some prety cool pic's today, but havn't re-sized them yet.

here's those new pic's i promised

Got a real close look at it and there's a beak in there.Should of figured being a sephalapod.Yea i know i need to go back to school and learn to spell.Right after i do a quick water change:lol:

Yea it's at the shop

Isn't just par for the corse that the day before i got it,i sold that perfectly good lobster tank.Holding steady at 72 and it seems to not mind ,as long as i keep handing it sugar cube sized chunks of pricine mysis and a little Ocean Blend. All costomers get a big kiss from it with purchace of 1 dollar or more.
