im new to anenomes.i got a bubble tip.i noticed he looked alot smaller one day.i was doing a water change the other day and when i pulled out my filter tray there was an anenome i was about to throw it away cause it was almost black.then i decided to put it the tank to see what would happen.im glad i did cause now i have 2 anenomes.i was told the split sometimes.i guess it climed over my overflow in the corner then took a ride to the filter

cool.. yeah, they take lots of shapes and forms too. I remember there was a post on here a ways back that a guy though his was dead, so he put it in a bag in a trashcan.. then like 6 hrs later his little kid saw it moving, he pulled it out of the trashcan and put it back in his tank and it still lived.

moral of the story - don't give up on these shape changing buggers. They are super resliant.
