Yep just a little nano I threw together... I believe this is my 5th tank in 3years now.:lol: Anyway on to the specs...

20h Aqueon glass tank
Fishneedit.com 150w pendant with 20k ebay bulb
20g capacity Aqueon hob filter
K1 400gph pump
No sump or skimmer for now...
20lbs of marco rocks l/r
18g petco filtered nsw
bb

1 false perc
1 sixline wrasse
1 ora tiger goby
1 tailspot blenny
Maybe 3-4 sm chromis

lps, softies, sps coming soon just a few choice pieces
5 astreas
cleaner shrimp, blood shrimp, 1 squamosa clam and more snails coming soon

Trying to not overcrowd this tank and want a few nice sps colonies to fill in the tank along with some lps like acans and chalices.

For equipment I'm going to add a vortech mp10 here soon for flow and possibly a cpr hob refugium or a hob skimmer.

Here are a few pics of my progress. Just moved in downstairs at my parents while we try to sell our condo. Might be here for awhile so I decided to move my 10g and upgrade to a 20h. It's no dream tank but at least it keeps me in the hobby...:lol:

Just an fyi this 20k ebay bulb I got from LSE is by far the best bulb i have used w/o supp lighting. It's crisp and pretty bright for a 20k and has a good mix of colors more blue than white with a tiny purple hue. Pics are easy to take with this bulb without touching the white balance. Just thought for $28 shipped it's a good deal. now let's see how long it lasts before it shifts color...:lol:

Nope I started working on the scratches and I didn't have time to finish so I bought the 20g. I'll prob just sell it in the future when I polish it out. Did you get that mp40w going yet? I might be able to help free up some tank space for ya. Looking at grabbing a few of the acros...I'll let you know.

Yeah maybe I'm not sure. There will probably be 1-2 in the end but hey there cheap and are active.

it doesnt come with a pump, which is good,
you could mesh mod a maxi-jet or QO 1200 and it would scream.
and unlike a backpak, this actually has an acrylic collection cup with slightly larger neck...perfect.

Looks like a pretty direct ripoff of bakpak cept 1/4 of price. And the CPR fuge/skimmer combos are $300 something, pretty nuts.

Hmm good deal for sure! Do you think the skimmer would actually work pretty good?

it's all in what pump you would use on it.
w/ the mesh modded mj or qo 1200 it will be about 300lph of air injection, which is great for 20g. I ususally shoot for 600lph per 100g of display tank, so it's plenty of power for 20g.
if you dont mind spending more cash, then wait for either thr WM H1 or the CPR aquaforce for 20g.
