Well Last monday I had a pump seize in the tank, a rather large pump Rio 2500. My tank temp ran up to a little over 85 degrees.
It took me a day or two to get the temp back to normal and all looked well until tonight when I got home from a trip I noticed that my newly aquired acan lord colony is starting to turn white around the outside of the polyps and the tips of the skeloton are visable a little.
Did this high temp kill my acan colony?
Are these savable?

Thanks all for any help on this.
Also I want to add, I just got these about 3 weeks ago. They are under 2 250W 14K lamps. They have been doing great up until now so I dont think its lighting (about 24" down from lamps)

hopefully they are just stressed and some of the coral survives and comes back to normal. i dont think its the temp it self, but the sudden quick rise in temp.
