DIY Ozone Reactor?

I was wondering if anybody had made a Ozone reactor, i am interested in making one and was wondering if anybody had a link to a build or any info for me. Thanks.

Ive tried a few different designs and it has always been best to just dump it in the skimmer.

I think he may be kidding as to not dumping the reactor into the skimmer... I think the guy is looking for how to create his own ozone generator.
