E Macro 400

Been having some trouble getting throuh to Macro rocks for info on this product. I wanted to re scaped my established reef using this product and I wondering has anyone here used it on an established reef before and what cha think of the product? My alternate plan is to use hydraulic cement, but my intial test with it resulted in a high pH(9.7) that takes about a week to cure it. I was hoping for something a little faster and could be used on live rock.
Zip ties won't work for the scape i am going for and the epoxy has NEVER held well for me. Anyone out there with any advice??

I've had good luck with 1/2" acrylic rod and JB Water Weld. I would agree that the epoxy by itself is not always that strong but when you use it along with drilling you rock and inserting the acrylic rod I have found it works really well.
