I would take the following line out of the Website portion (as many of these people may not hang out on RF.
"I know we just mentioned it in the other thread, but we wanted to start an announcement thread specifically for the forum."
Otherwise looks good, comes through as a meeting invite in my outlook (at work), do not know what it would do with my gmail or reeffrontiers account. Can you send it to [email protected] so I can see what it will look like there? Not sure if I have a calander function, but then again I have never looked.

Well it would be nice to have the accept/tentative feature for when we move away from e-vites to get a sense of how many people are planning on going. But if its not working with all e-mail accounts then it would be no good.
. These emails bounced back. I need to clean them up so that our list is up-2-date.

I was really confused by what you sent out. Couldn't really make heads or tails of it in Outlook 2007, though it did add the information into 'my' Calendar!
I sent an email back to the gmail account with the same removal line as Kris suggested, but can't seem to find it on the GMail account. I do find that account rather confusing anyway.

Yes, I agree. It's confusing (actually too confusing). Did you get the official email that I sent out?

I don't think I did get a copy of the 'official email'. Not a problem though as I'm pretty sure I know what it said.
