Feeding dry seaweed

What product do you feed your tangs, ect. Dry seaweed. LFS bought or grocery store bought? What type from the grocery store?

i buy mine from Asian Food Stores.. the stuff from the pet stores are a huge RIPOFF!!!!! there are normally 10 small-tiny sheets or so in the ones from the pet store, which i would be out of in a week-week and a half!!!..they run from $6-10....i buy huge bags with 100 large sheets for $5 from the asian food store... just ask them for dried nori or seaweed... i add vitamins to it before feeding my fish.. i use Zoe and Zoecon

same here... I get mine from the local Asian food store. I don't add any vitamins to it though, but that sounds like a good idea

Be sure to look for the Raw, or un-roasted. The roasting process make the seaweed not as nutritional. Roasted is better than none, but unroasted is better than roasted

When you soak your seaweed with zoe,ect.. Do you let it dry or put it in wet?

also look at the ingredients label.... I don't want anything else added (preservatives, etc.)_

mine is damp when i put it in... i put 2-3 drops on and smear it around for a second and try to let it soak in some..., don't overdue it!! i use just enough to get most of the piece of seaweed coated
