Make sure you have access form the front of your tank as well as from the tank room. It makes aquascaping and maintance like nuking aptasia easier.

I second the Access. Unfortunately my first build was with no front access - boy what a pain. I am going to remedy that when I have time and the 210 will def. have front access. Also if you can make it so the lights can move up and down so when you do maintenance you have some room to work and do not get warmed up real quick by a halide ouch.
 
The common theme is definatly front access to the tank, i will have to incorporate that in my design. I think i will be buying a new tank for display, one with built in overflows, and use my old 220 for a sump.

I was wondering if people could share their pics and room dimensions to get some ideas to spawn new questions.

cindyf I have a question.

regarding #5 is it the salt water that kills everything healthy in the septic system or what?

Just trying to learn.
