Hi, it all started few days ago I bought a small about 1 and 3/4 inch flame angel, I decided to put him in QT, over the weekend he seemed fine eating, and swimming really well. Suddenly, today he stopped eating and acting weird, he kinda stop eating, and tends to stay in one place. I checked over his body found out that he probably has some kind of bacteria infection on his body, no sign of ick. Any solutions, water change maybe?.

This is a valid Q. and needs to be addressed. We have a Fish treatment for illness guru here at RF.
I know when one of our great MODS see this post it will most likely be moved to the proper forum, as it will get the attention it deserves there.
To much speculation could happen on this forum.
Good luck. I will follow on the redirected forum

what leads you to the conclusion there is a bacteria infection? do you have a pic?

it could be flukes or worms...what color is its feces?

Now the situation seems worse, he stays in one place with rapid breathing, yesterday or this morning he was fine, I'm not sure what causing this my tank para is all good. I have two small fish in there they are fine.

ive had a noisy powerhead give mine a heart attack and go into shock rapid breathing then deat within the hr. barrier tested water said it was fine.

Good point senji, I just turned off the powerhead, now the fish looks like he won't make it, man I wish I could know the answer.

well what ever it is I hope the other two fish dont get it...so be prepared to have some medication on hand..ie, Myacin II, PraziPro, and or copper should be in your medication cabinet.

IMO, any angelfish I get whether it is from a LFS or online goes thru a one week PraziPro treatment to treat for flukes and worms...

i this point I dont think there is much we can do to help as I think the fish is on its last leg from your description...

if the other two fish are able to make it, personally, I would clean this QT to make sure anything the flame angel had is not passed to any other fish going thru QT..

this article should help:

I would also read these articles:

I know it sucks to lose a fish, as I just lost a golden butterfly in QT due to not eating..first two wks were great, then it stopped eating as it got Ich..I treated with copper which worked, but the fish didnt make it out of QT, so sometimes you can do everything correctly and the fish doesnt cooperate.. :D

good luck to you.

Sounds like the fish is not acclimating to captive life. Some show these signs right off; others it kind of catches up to them. The fish was alone in the QT right? The QT didn't have any diseased fishes in it previously? Other possibilities is fish poisoning. This can be being caught using cyanide or anything alone the handling line where the fish was exposed to some kind of poison, even possibiliy in your QT. Almost impossible to say for sure.
