:fish2: Nope, I haven't gone fishing!

When we went through the server change we encountered numerous issues. We're working on the back end trying to trace down bugs etc. We'll get it all worked out and get things running right, so please If you get some sort of weird issue, you can post it here and If we don't have it on the list we'll add it. One of the things is users online, sponsor banners and people not being able to log in. We do have some things that are now working better and some issues were resolved with the old server, so just wanted to give everyone a heads up. If your not seeing issues then great! Hang with us guys, we're working to make better!:yo:

sometimes when im at work it says the site does not exist!....but when i click on a link in my email it goes right to the site

Scooty, I think when I checked last night I couldn't view attachments. I will have to double check today when I log in on a computer.

Not sure if this is a problem related to the update or not. I just logged on this morning and the site keeps on asking me to download a file. Internet explorer is blocking the download for security reasons. I haven't encountered this before.

Can the people that use FB log off their accounts and RF accounts then try to log back in to RF first. Then close the web browser and open it up again to see if it works ok. If so then go log into FB and see if that works. If this continues we may have to shut FB down a while.
Mojo has the same account as you do Mike (herefishyfishy) but he is logged in with FB also and says he has no issues.

OH BTW I should have the Image issues resolved but please let me know otherwise. I'm adding the sponsor banners back up right now as priority. There are other issues but they seem to be minor. I still have people trying to log in and have issues, so we have a few glitches but we're dogging them out! :D

Scott, if you google the file I PMed you, you will find it is a sytemic problem with facebook thet they are trying to fix.

I found out how to fix it for individual users here.
Go to settings and click into connections. Go to the facebook link, click it. when it opens, change it to do not allow connection.

Just an FYI.. I tried both recommendations from Scooterman and Herefishyfishy and receiving the same results. Not logged into FB and disabled the FB connection. Really is a non-issue for me but just wanted you to know.

I didn't delete Sid's message this time, but if you look at his two last posts you can see he's submitting double posts again. I thought it was just him but another member is experiencing the same thing (well similar). Only mods can make back to back posts, but regular members can't as they have to wait 30 seconds in between posts so another member was getting the "You have to wait 30 seconds" to make another post message since the upgrade. Not sure what was causing it to try to submit the same post twice but it is for some people. :)

Hmmm wonder why it created the double post. Posting from phone, this time. Yesterday, or the day before, it was doubling every post I made. I logged off, cleared cache and logged back on. It stopped doubling my posts, so I'd assumed my actions fixed it, but guess not. Now to see if it doubles this post.

I have been having the double post thing happening too Krish. Not so far this morning but yesterday it sure was.

Ok we are working on this and a few other issues. We know what the issue was that started these issues but fixing them is a one thing at a time type of thing. On the old server with the old programing it gave certain plugins we have (like the VBSEO, and OpenX and a few others) a directory tree that was of it own making. The new server with the new software goes by what VB and these other programs default directory tree. SO we have certain programs looking for directories that are no longer their and thus the bizarre errors we are having. So we are going to try and fix them or we will dump the effected programs and then reinstall.

So a bit of an issue no one had counted on and that will take a bit of time to get past.

Thansk for being patcient and keep posting and issues you run across.

Mojo
