Things are coming together – this year we will have some great new raffle items from new sponsors, plus what we’ve come to expect from our old sponsors.
Small change of venue this year too – instead of Michael & Angies we are moving to Joanne’s house to give those two a much needed break from hosting :)

Where: Joanne’s House – North Spokane
When: 4 PM – until we are done, raffles at 5 PM

Featured raffle items will include:
  • 32″ LED moon light strips from Hamilton Technologies
  • RPS “All Out” reef dip from Reef Pest Solutions
  • Frags – lots of them!
  • Door prizes of loot from Zoomed, and more!

Prior to the BBQ we will also be hosting area tank tours – if you want to add your tank to one of the stops, contact Matt Hellstrom, The tours will begin in Coeur d Alene and travel house to house until you end at the BBQ – a great way to see some of the areas tanks prior to the BBQ and get warmed up for the evenings events!

Plus – everyone who attends is welcome to bring frags and equipment to swap – we will have club tanks setup and ready to go for your swapping pleasure.

Head on over to spcdareefs.org to catch up on the planning, potluck volunteer lists, and more... or post here :) We do check RF often!! :)

And the tank tour before! Gonna be fun, PM me if you want to come and I'll send you the details and a map of the route!

The BBQ was a success and the tank tour was a blast! I want to thank Joanne for opening her house to the group and putting on a great, relaxing party.

I'd also like to thank the people who went on the tour, and especially the ones who opened their houses and shared their tanks with everyone. It was so interesting and cool to see all the tanks and equipment. Picked up some free frags from Ron at Inland Corals and also picked up tons of ideas and advice. Too fun!!!

Here's a picture of the group on the tank tour. The color's a little weird because the camera was set for underwater mode. Guess that's appropriate, though!
