From the Seattle Aquarium.. *DUW*

Just wanted to share some photos that I took last weekend at the aquarium... One of my favorite places to go and snap pics. Sorry if this isn't allowed since they aren't MY tanks/setups...

Cuttlefish, my #1 fav tank display. The red mushrooms are ENORMOUS. At least 10-12" across.

My #2 fav tank. I've watched this clam almost double in size. Its probably about 18-20"

And a crappy shot of a very healthy Emporer

I've got to have seen that cuttlefish tank at least 100 times. The bigger one of the two went crazy and ate like 3 of the others. 110+ hrs of community service there and never saw it happen. Dang.lol Can't wait till they put in the new black tips in.

Thanks.. My camera is the Canon Rebel XTi, lens used for those shots is the Tamron 28-300mm f3.5 XR Di LD macro.... Just picked up the lens, and I like it alot.. Kind of puts the 2-3 other lenses I use together into one. lol.

I heard about that. I'm a fairly frequent visitor myself, was sad when I learned about that incident.. The smaller 2 of the survivors still has alot of scars from it. lol. Got pics of it as well, but they didn't turn out very well.. The curved acrylic distorts photos like crazy... I dunno what the aquarium was thinking putting a bunch of cuttlefish together.. They're hella territorial. I'm suprised even two tolerate eachother in the same enclosure.

Yep.. In the room with the pair of giant octopus.. Lots of pools to touch anemones, starfish and whatnot.

No sorry, thats it from this tri[. I thought my battery was more charged then it was, and it died bout halfway through.. Plus I tend to only take photos of certain tanks. lol. Here are some older photos however of different things from the same Aquarium... I'm a frequent flier.
