Help my fish!

I cannot that pictures didn't know where exactly to post this either way I feel screwed.

I just looked at my citron clown goby and on his tailfin he has an almost clear spot in it about the this size O It's not white it looks clear! Is this marine ich? or what could it be this spot wasn't there yesterday! Help please I have no idea what to do!

It dose not sound like ich, ich is about the size of a grain of salt. sorry can't be more help. Larry

Yeah I figured it might not be because I've had freshwater ich and it looked nothing like that~ So I'm completely confused and google isn't helping.

Pictures? Is there anything in your tank that coulda taken a chunk outta him?

He likes to scrape around the candycane I have and in the tight rocks, unless the emerald crab got him or something it looks more like a wound than an illness, I can only take a picture with my phone currently and have no way of posting it.

Yeah, the clown gobies are a perching fish, and hungry emerald crabs have been known to ambush fish at night. So, it's possible... Can you take him out and put him in a QT with some antibiotics in case it gets infected?

I looked at him again and all of sudden the clear spot I saw was gone back to yellow. I don't know what it was but the spot was almost to my eyes like x ray vision. But now it's gone. So I have no idea if it was a mistake of my eyes or for some reason there is some magician spot there..
