well it seems that my sailfin tang has gotten hlle or head and latteral line erosion i was in denial for the first day but now realize that this is the prob so i was wondering if someone could point me toward some good info on the subject trying to learn as much about it as possible treatments, causes, etc.. trying to get a few different opinions on the topic before i go crazy thanks for the help

Start there, it's a pretty good article. This is strictly a captive care condition.

What tank size, what species of fish tank mates, what do you typically feed and what are your water quality/chemistry numbers?

get your water quality as good as possible and supplement some vitamins..i use Zoe and Zoecon....

Do you have a grounding probe in your tank? Low voltage current can add to the problem of hlle
