how long does live rock take to seed??

im about to start a new 20L and to speed up the cycle i had some extra rubble in a bucket, it was in saltwater but with no heater its been cycled and used before. If i tossed a bunch of it in my sump for my 100g about how long does it take to seed?

That would depend on what is available from the aquarium that could settle or migrate to the new rock or are we talking about a biofilm forming on it? If thats the case, I would give it a few weeks.
