seamonster im not new to the hobby so dont worry =P ive been in the hobby for about a year now just never cycled a tank before got my reef tank from a buddy that left for iraq and was already setup for a year so didnt have to cycle...had to leard very quick about all the chemistry definatly not the way i would suggest anyone to do it.

but yes ive been checking

Amonia
Nitrite
calc
alk
salinity

and there all on par so its been around 2.5 weeks now and i went ahead and added in a cleanup crew of 20 various snails and in another week ill be adding a pair of black and white mis bar oc. clowns. =)

thanks for all the input on this! seems like it went from advice to debate though lol there are allways dissagrements in this hobby though =P
