I have a 120gal Sps tang. I would like to know how to catch a sailfin tang without pulling or disturb my Sps. The sailfin tang is about 4".
Thanks

Yeah, tangs can not resist algae. I put the trap in the tank and an algae clip in the trap and half an hour all the tangs will be in the trap.

I have one of these that I purchased from another online vendor....cant remember who right now...

But it works fine. Just stop feeding the tank, and only put food in the trap. It will take about a week, but once the fish get used to eating from the trap, they will regularly swim in and out of it all day long.

I stopped using the "door" as it took to long to close and the fish could escape. Instead I hang the trap just beneath the surface of the water and use a net to block the entrance/exit of the trap and "catch" the fish I want that way.

Thanks, I got the trap from UltraLife. Will try it out and let everyone know the status.
Again thanks for all your help.
