ID Help?

I received some free chatio 7-8 months ago from a reefer in the Seattle (name wont be named to protect the guilty and innocent:evil but it had a very small amount of red on it. So I wipe off what I could but now it's massive and I need to know het it is. I've researched yet haven't found anything close to this. My N03, P04, and all other parameters are spot on but do I keep or chuck and what is it????

Boy...I have no idea, and I have seen a lot of different macros in my 10+ years of reefin.

thanks everyone (Nata) going to go the Mexican Turbo Snails. I have some Turbos but not Mexican.I will keep you posted.
