ID this hich hiker

So ill try to get a photo when i can he is small and hard to look at.

he has a small body, he is bright yellow with long tental arms that make up most of what he is. he isnt very good at holding on in strong currents. i wish i could give you guys more but thats all i have. there is no definate face, or even a back or front. its like a yellow blob with tenticals.
