It's been 4 years since I mixed the salt water for the first time... and two year after moving eveything from the 150G acrylic to 270G glass. Many changes since back there, system has been stable most of the time but up and down sometime, . Gain some nice corals but also lost some very sweet ones... Anyway, here they are nowaday. I don't have time to select so I loaded them all in here, hope you enjoy :)

Very impressive, Is it all sps?
For all the newbees. Could you post a few picks of your sump? Also give a little info on your system. Many of us would like to know what you dose. And what kind of weekly maintenance it takes to keep a tank like yours healthy

It's not all SPS but about 95% :) still have some LPS and yuma though....
I doon't have sump picture here but I converted it from a 6' long 125 galons tank. One half for refugium and the other half for skimmer and things...
I ran 2 large chambers calcium reactors that keep the calcium and alk in place. Just dose Mg sometime as needed.
1/2 hp chiller to keep the tank about 77-79F all the time.
5 250W metal halide bubs (8' long tank :))
Was doing water change bi-weekly about 10%.

nice job Thang, Tank is looking amazing as always. Wheres the purple monster at? I dont see it in the pics.

Tom
Thanks, Tom. Believe or not? I split it into 2 colonies just in case... but still lost them both in a tank incidence (ATO and Cal. reactor failure) a few months ago...:(

Looks excellent. What kind of flow is keeping the huge colonies fed?

I have 2 controlable tunze 6105s and 3 6045s to create strong and random flow all the time.

Tank looks great thanks for updating. Pink Cyphestrea colony is beautiful one of my favorites. hope to see your tank in person someday.

Pink Catspaw is my fav, but not able to keep as my tank is angelfish heavy <sigh>.

Well, its not like you haven't heard it before, but I'll say it too.
Absolutely beautiful tank Thang....Just gorgeous! An inspiration to us all.

wat kind of scopus tang is that? The black and orange one! I want a reg. scopus but urs is intresting as well!
Tank looks great too!

Hi Thang. Thanks for the link. The tank looks amazing! Keep up the great work. I'm sure we can all appreciate how hard it is to keep thing stable enough to see a mature SPS tank like this. Lots and lots of work and diligence.
