Howdy All!
Well I am doing fine so far....I had a bad cough since I got out of the hospital but was due to the heart doc raising my blood pressure medicine which was reduced back down by my diabetes doc so the coughing should subside now.
Doing some 5 minute walking and start rehab on Monday for three days a week. The heart doc says I can go back to work on the 23rd of August so we will see how that goes after a couple weeks of rehab.
The cube tank is on hold for the time being but will be doing a water change and tank maintenance on the mantis tank. The Peacock mantis is doing really well and hope to move her to a bigger tank after the 1st of the year.
Going to Super Wally-Mart and picking up healthy groceries as my new diet will require and hope to lose some weight in the process.
Thanks everyone for the well wishes for me and my wife as she had the worst of it from seeing me flat line in the ER room. She is doing well now and happy to have me home. Take care all and see ya on the forums and in the chat rooms. God Bless, Johnny

Hello All! Just a little update!
Well doing well in rehab and have one more day tomorrow....Three times a week.
They have me only doing warm-ups and cool-downs and some walking and some work on a arm machine.
I have lost 10.1 lbs since the heart attack and sugar levels are pretty good. I am watching my diet and doing what the docs say even if I think they are going to slow but know they are doing what is needed for me to get back to good heath.
Maybe a little longer before I return to work than what the cardiac doc thought but we will see. Thanks for all the well wishes too. Johnny and Pat
P.S. Pat is doing very well and watches me very closely so I don't get into trouble.

It is really good to see you go with the Dr.'s on what they say, even better see you up on the reef boards. Hang in there Johnny, we're pulling for your recovery at whatever pace it takes!
