BUMMER! it doesnt sound like you got the right model....
i recommended the CPR bakpak SR3 model, which was designed to go in the back of a 29g biocube.

" Easily slides inside of the Oceanic BioCube 29 sump area; fits in the middle chamber of the sump section of the BioCube 29 without any modifications. The lid closes as originally manufactured and the collection cup can be easily removed for cleaning through the rear access hatch."
hopefully they let you return the regular bakpak...

Hmmm...Good to know. I will definitely contact them and make the switch.
It would be quite a large modification to do that. Way too much. I would have to completely get rid of the top.
Ok, I'll come over after 4:30PM...but you need to go to get some salt water before I come so I can help re-arrange LR. Do still need to get a extra power head? I may have a small one can sell it to you. Let me know...text me.
