What everyone is trying to tell you to help you is to slow down! The new light and the skimmer are steps in the right direction. But if I remember correctly you have lost 2 or 3 Clowns in recent times (or are about to). The slow down part is to not add any more live stock until you find out why or how you keep losing fish. I do not know if your Clowns had parasites or not but if the shop you got them from had such a problem that all the fish you bought had something wrong with them, they would not be in business very long. When we lose a fish for unknown reason, we read and learn BEFORE we attempt it again (6 months or year down the road) so the end result is not the same. Just because it will be 2-3 weeks before you get them doesn't really help anything as they should be QTed for 6-8 wks. to start with and since you do not know why they keep dying, you do not know if or what is already in your tank. You stated 3 wks should be plenty of time to get you tank straightened out, this is what we mean, everything good happens SLOW in this hobby, 3 months would be a better starting point before adding ANYTHING and to find out what went wrong. I have purchased fish from good stores, bad stores and thru the web, and I have not lost 1 fish since I went reef 2 years ago, not because I am an expert by a LONG shot but just taking my time and learning from my mistakes. If you keep up with the rapid pace that you are on, you are going to find yourself out of money, out of live stock, out of patience and out of the hobby! That is what EVERYONE here is trying to help you avoid. And I do mean everyone, some people just come across different than others, I believe that I read some where on here that our natural reefs are shirking and being destroyed and at some point we may not be able to buy fish and corals to stay in the hobby, every time any of us lose another fish/coral we get a little closer to that day and I don't think any of us want that>
Just my 2 cents
Good Luck
