I find myself sitting here at 12:30 in the morning with plenty of things i could be doing (granted since i have been laid off i have basically run out of things to do around the apartment) but i am sitting here reading and reading and reading about anything and everything. This forum is like some weird addiction, and consumes a lot more of my time then i like to think about. Anyone else having this issue??

Oh yea, if there's anyone in the Silverdale/Bremerton that needs any odd jobs done or help with a project shoot me a message, finding a job is a little ridiculous right now, especially being an electrician...

welcome brother, to the natural drug of this aquarium husbandry. i will tell you every time i'm on the computer this forum is the first thing i browse for. And for no apparent reason, even if i'm happy with everything in my tank i find myself here mindlessly reading.

Oh my! It is so easy to get wrapped up in good threads on here, and be on longer than anticipated. We may need to start a RF support group!!

LOL!! If your just on RF you've got it easy. I bounce around on four reef forums......

Umm yeah with down time at work which is all day . This board becomes part (actually entirely) of my work day.:badgrin::p

WOW this is funny. I always get on here before I check anything else on the internet. Its set as my home page. I used to do the same thing in San Diego on SDreefs. I am not allowed to even buy any coral for a bit but I still shop. Reef aquariums must be the crack of the aquarium society.

4?? Only 4?? That's not near enough!!! 4?? Only 4??...oh wait, did I already say that??

LOL One of the ones I visit on a daily basis, and is more local is, appropriately called Fishaholics!!!

The true "crack" of our hobby is Zoanthids and Acans!!! Ohhh and am I addicted to Zoanthids.

Yeah, I split time between three boards. There are much worse addictions, thats for sure.

I was a Sonics season ticket holder for six years before Clay Bennet stole my team and moved them to OKC. For a couple years, I was a mod on a large basketball forum. I loved my team, but I had practically no influence on how they performed. WInning was great, but losing could be quite a downer. I absolutely detest David Stern.

On the contrary, I have a great amount of influence on my reef tank. It needs me and depends on me, and that caters to my personality. My daily decisions are reflected in the health, growth and wellbeing of my tank. Some of my happiest times are when I am taking care of my tiny ecosystem in my living room.

Well then, I must be a hardcore druggie. I like them all. SPS LPS and softies . I'm a coral **** as some would say.

Don't forget fishes and shrimps and crabs, anemones and snailses and plants? Plants, what type of addict grows marine herbs in his fish tank???????
( and what the heck are snailses?)
