Is this kind of water ok?

Its safeway brand purified drinking water, enhanced with minerals for freash taste.

ingredients: Purified water, calcium chloride,sodium bicarbonate **Adds insignificant amount of sodium.

Its microfiltered too.

Its what we buy at safeway for our coffee and there is some in the cupbored But i figured i shoudl ask befor i use it.

If your asking IF it is better than the Tap you were using probably so but you'd probably be better off with an RO/DI really! Sorry, not much way around that!

yeah i will go buy a system when i get the money for it, but untill then, What kind of water would be safest to use from say, safeway? lol

I don't even like to eat the food from Safeway, let alone use their water!

But seriously... what you're describing is better than tap, but don't fool yourself that you're getting "pure" water. They put "stuff" back in to make it taste good. Bottled water for drinking is anything but pure. The only thing good about it though is that it's consistent. They start with RO water, and then add stuff back in measured amounts. That's true whether it's Safeway, Albertsons, or any other brand.

Get Distilled water, that will be your best water off the shelf like that nothing should be added!

Really depending on how well it is distilled, It can be as good as ro/di but for drinking water I don't know if it is distilled that high but still it is a good choice over natural spring water or TAP.
