Hi Everybody,

I have decided to take down my system. Everything must go. For those of you who know me, this is a hard thing to type and a harder thing to do. I hate the idea that even a single creature might die from my decision.
I would like everything to go to a good home......I am not doing this to make money and i want to give those who have helped me in the past chances to get frags or corals that they like. If there is anything you want that i have please contact me. Coral, fish, liverock, live sand. Once the live stock is gone i will sell off all the equipment.

You and me havent met, but if you dont have anybody that would like to adopt your hammer, I would like to take it off your hands. How big is it?
If you dont mind me asking, is there a reason why youre getting out of the hobby?
How big is your system? If you have some stuff that would be usefull in my 215g reef, I may be interested in it. Im really interested in a mag 12 pump or a skimmer.
If you could send me a list of your livestock and equipment youll be selling, I would really appreciate it.

Rob, I'm really sorry to hear you're leaving the hobby, but understand that sometimes, difficult decisions need to be made. You have a few great reefers, local to you, that I'm sure will be able to help. Angie and I are also able and willing to help, in any way possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us, if there's anything you need. What's your time frame allow? I ask because I'll be setting up another tank, in the very near future. It's an existing tank, that I'm taking over, so it's mature and healthy. It'll have room for some corals.

In the future, if you are able to return to our wonderful hobby, you know that you'll be able to get your corals back, from any of your local friends, including us! Shoot me a PM or give us a call, if there's anything we can do to help!

Sorry to see you leave, but more importantly I hope everything is/will be fine as per the reason why you are leaving the hobby. I know personal lives can get in the way and if it is the case, I pray all turns out for the best. Don't be a stranger to RF! You can still be active without a tank. I'm in that same boat.

thanks Krish, family and time demands take their toll on a reef tank. i need to focus on the kids now and spend my resources there.

Wish I could take your system over to keep it up. Someday when we move to Kalispell I hope to set up a bigger system. Good luck with the tear down and let me know if there is anything I could do to help.

hi everyone, i will be gitting wood tomorrow morning. i will be home by 2pm. i am off Monday too but if i don't hear from anybody, i'll go hunting.

i'd like to start this process and get it done. i have a surgery around the first of October and want to be done before that as i will not be able to work in the tank after the surgery for several weeks.
