This is little reef, but it is my big love. We in Croatia don`t have any good store for reefers and it very hard to get some good corals, fishes and equipments!
Started up on 01.09.2003.
Now it is looking like this

Filtration is DSB and dty filter (carbon and fosfate remover inside), no skimmer, no nothing fansy
I took my live rocks directly from Adriatic sea along with native inveritables like shrimps, anemonas, brittle stars, snails, harmits
Corals, fishes, clam, lysmatas, alga caulerpa are not Croatian natives :lol:

Jasenka its absolutely stunning!!!!!!!!!!!! Your aquascaping is just great, not to much rock and the formations look just great, great mix of color to.

this is my newest coral, purple acropora (don`t know latin name), two weeks in tank

lightning is 7 T8 tubes, 178 W
tank si 30 gallons (200 l)

Nice color!! give it some good flow, when thier bushy like that detritus tends to get traped bewteen the branches. Looks real healthy

hmm, for Calcium?
-nothing special, changing wather every two weeks (10% tank) and put inside some Ca chemistry every 5 days (5 ml-one measure)
-don`t have calcium reactor

This aquascape is a product of one nice graphic designer`s brain. I am familiar with this aquarium as with the problem of finding almost anything for marine aquarium in ex Yu (Serbia or Croatia) countries. We are trying to help each other, by sending some inverts and equipment through the border by bus driver. Jasenka, I expect you in Belgrade soon.

Ludilo ti ovo izgleda, cestitam. kako ja tek planiram napravit nesto slicno (ali jadransku varijantu, kupujmo hrvatsko,hahaha)mozes mi dat par savjeta-tipa- akvarij si napravilča ili kupila,jeli bolji stakleni ili akrilni i koliko je tesko nac akril i koliko vremena triba da se osposobi jedan takav akvarij-unaprijed hvala!
