Chiller

the temperature of my tank has been pretty high with the halides and all the pumps so i picked up a chiller. its a 1/10th hp Pacific Coast Import Chiller. it will be placed under the stand of my external refugium.. soon to come

Yeah, i have soo much pom pom xenia in my 10g with nothing to do with them, might as well use them in the fuge

yea definately, but i don't like putting tangs in such a small tank so i am using an algea blenny and a cleaner crew

hmm.... yeahhh i was thinking midnights and jokers are the same too, becasue i also have the same "jokers" as yours (i think) i picked up a frag from swc a couple weeks ago, and my jokers seem to have a little more of an orange tint and longer spikier to its skirt unlike the clean yellowness of my 'midnights'... only time will tell if these two are the same

Nice frags man...I don't know how I missed the shots! I was just reading about where you said you were putting the chiller in your stand and anyone who reads that will be totally against that unless you have extremely great air circulation in there to keep cool air blowing in through the front of the chiller and an open back on your stand with the chiller quite a few inches off of the wall to allow the hot air to escape. If not, that chiller will heat up everything in the stand (including itself by causing it to suck in hot air) and will run continuoulsy and won't really help the situation much. Just a thought...I have the same exact chiller and it needs to breathe cool air and have room to exhaust hot air just like any other chiller
