Leaky Schedual 80 BV

Hey I am water testing the closed loop on my 150 gal and found a leaky schedual 80 BV. It is leaking from the seal in the back of the valve. Is there anyway to rebuild the valve or maybe tighten the seal? Its on the return line to the pump and it only leakes when pump is off. I will try and add a pic.

Scott - IMO, replace the ball valve, or try and return it if it is new.

Sucks to be you, lol....I am not sure of the kind you have but most have a screw in valve handle and you can replace the o rings

Hey I just went and bought another bv......Unfortunatly I had to get 2 more unions and assorted plumbing to redo the pump return manifold. What's another 28 bucks. On the up side....... all my glue joints are water tight.
