Local Lacquered Stand Painting?

Anyone know who in the greater Seattle area can put on a nice coat of black lacquer? I don't have a tank stand yet, just checking on prices.

Has anyone done this themselves with a brush or roller? I figure the best way to do it is to spray it on.

your right the best way to do that is spray it on.

When the spray black lacquer on pianos and high dollar stuff like that they spray it threw a super fine mist of acetone.
