I'd like to make my own freezeable food for my fish, I saw a recipe on here about a day ago and I've searched and searched last couple of hours and now I can't find it. So does anyone have a recipe they use to feed there fish that I can copy :D Thanks
 
squid
octopus
shrimp
scallops
raw fish fillet
oysters
selcon
garlic
cyclopeeze
and a squirt of oyster feast (reef nutrition)
and lightly thin out with R/O water

made some this weekend most was bought at walmart the others were bought at local LFS

my list

walmart

cod filets
shrimp
scallops
mussles
nori

Lfs

spirulina
flake prime
flake ?
brine
red plankton
mysis
rotifiers
krill
nL Spctrem small pellets
oyster feast
phytofeast
ova

defrosted it all rinsed with rodi water then blended to big chunks added to gallon zip loc freezer bags and froze made yesterday fed by last night..... all the fish and the coral get to eat everyday now.

I feed once in the morning and once when the lights come on.
 
I just made a batch last weekend - 4 scallops, 8 large prawns, 1 calamari steak, thawed and rinsed squid, slightly steamed organic broccoli florets, 2 garlic cloves and 6 sheets of nori. I use whatever shellfish is fresh & not farm raised.

I made my own the other day, I used

White Shrimp
Mixed Seafood ~removed the clams/mussels
Mysis
Formula One
and Brine

Fish are going crazy for it, and seems to be slightly more active haha.. vs normal brine
