Millipede like thing

Today i was looking at my tang and i saw a millipede like thing on my live rock. What is this and is it good?

most likely a bristleworm... good scavengers and detritivores... was it reddish in color?

Sounds like a bristle worm here as well or fireworm. If you don't have a pic like Mike suggested, try googling those two and see if it matches up
