Okay I'm bored. Here is some more before and after picture of frags I got on the 21st of August.

When they arrived:

3 weeks later under 10K metal halides:

I mounted them on their sides because I was told they would encrust faster and branch more. We will see.

This one is more bumpy. Its an A. Yongii. They called it a yellow slimer, but its a green slimer. Why do people sell bleached corals as some kind of rare breed. Jeesh!

Here's a better shot of the coral on the left when it arrived. Not too exciting but I really like the blue tips forming on it.

BTW, I got these from a grab bag of frags from reefermadness, (except the A. Yongii), If anyone know what this one is let me know.

I have Aqualine DE 10,000K 250 watt bulbs on a Aqua Medic Ocean Light T5/Metal Halide Combo. They came with the fixture. I had one burn out recently and I've had such great color development with them, I bought the same ones to replace. This coral was tan with pink tips when I got it:

results of letting a young kid watch my house while I was in Illinois

My tank is pretty much a frag tank in the process of growing. Here is a picture of colony that was broken of green humulus, two purple millies, cali tort and another tort..
