My 300 Gallon sps tank

Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum

Help Support Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum:

Here is the link to the web albums I have there now:

http://picasaweb.google.com/home

I seem to remember getting it to work before, but I just can't remember how to do it????

Umm, that's a direct link to Picasa's home page. I need your albums.

BUT, try this.

When you're viewing one of your pictures, on your Picasa album, right click on it. From there, click on Copy Link Location. Now, in the Reef Frontiers window, there's a Image Tag button, up top of the reply window. Let's see, it's the one to the right of the globe. If you hover over it, it'll say Insert Image. Click on it. A window will pop up, asking for the URL of your picture. Right click and Paste the Link Location into this window. That should do it!

223kb shouldn't be too large at all. Heck, I insert images that are WAY larger than that. The software automatically shrinks them down a bit.
In Flickr, I have options on what size photo I want to try to insert. So, for giggles, I'll insert a photo I took, from your tank. I'm inserting the "Large" size, which is 339kb.

I like Flickr better! lol

I had a photo bucket account, way back when. In fact, I still have it, just never use it. Flickr is MUCH more user friendly, easier to share with other people, has Right Click Disable abilities, to protect your pictures from others downloading them AND you can get a nice lil' Flickr Uploader, free, which enables you to upload as many pics as you want, at once. The Flickr Pro account has no limitation on how many pics you can upload, how many categories, sets, etc.

Had a bad experience with flickr a while ago, it is not gonna happen at flickr sid :):)

Hmmm, I tried editing your post, to figure out what's going on. From what I can tell, the url you're posting doesn't exist. I copied it to my browser and photobucket tells me I'm at a page that doesn't exist. How about a link to your Photobucket account? I'll go there, and see what I can figure out.

I want some of the drugs you got man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe they were just taking a long time to load??? At least now, I will have 2 places that my photos are pretty safe, the other being my external hard drive where I keep all of them anyways

LOL I usually start with my 100mm Macro, and then pull out the other lenses! Oh a word of warning, about back ups. We recently lost our entire external hard drive. It just stopped spinning. Over 60,000 photos, lost, except for what I had on my Flickr site. Luckily, most of the important ones were on Flickr, so I have access to them.
