They actually call them "Rocky Mountain Oysters" here. they spiff the name up a bit to make it sound good. I am thinking it has to be like liver..................... there is not enuf ketchup on God's green earth for that

fresh deer liver is something everone should try once... clean the deer, cook the liver, THEN drive down off the mountain...
never ate the heart, don't know why...wasn't something i ever thought about doing. hunting tends to be all about tradition, that wasn't part of ours i guess...
