Oh it wasn't intentional. Just frustrating. Yeah I'm sure there was wsome die off as ammonia hasn't been in my tank at all for a week and now there is some. The live rock wasn't out of the water long maybed a few minutes. As for what is in there.

A few zoas, 2 turbos,2nassarius: a scarlet shrimp and a blue dot jawfish. I haven't seen the shrimp or the jawfish since I got home and tried (unsuccessfully) to put the rocks back where they go

the first is said to be a Rolland Demoiselle. I think thats the name and the other is the blue head damsel. It sounded more like the first one is the one you are talking about more then the blue head damsel. If it is the first one they are said to be very peaceful fish.

Ugh sorry for the reposts. My computer broke and so I'm using my phone. I have rethunk getting rid of the damsel... because I don't think I can get him out lol. As long as he doesn't hurt my jawfish I'm happy yo have him stay.
By the way. Almost got the aquascaping back to normal, the zoas are all fat and happy and most of the snails can be accounted for. I fear mr shrimp may have gotten crushed tho

Oh man I’m sad now…
After I saw the picture of the fish I just had to have it.
Well if it doesn’t work our let me know I will find my way down there. I do hop it is a good tank mate for you because that looks like it would be a very colorful addition with that jaw fish. BTW does the store have more of that fish?

It really is a beautiful fish I hope they do get along. Currently I'm feeding them trying to net the damsel and he's getting pissed any time the jawfish tries to get near some food. God I wanna catch this bugger. I'm going to leave the net in overnight. Maybe he will get comfortable. If I do catch him I wonder if bkue sierra would let me have it their until u got it. Bet they would if they could make 5 bucks again hahaha

Hay Id give um 5 for it.
Hay I saw a cool trick for getting out fish like that. Its an easy DIY fish trap and you probably have all the stuff there for it. Basically it’s a recycled clear plastic fish bag, some fishing line or some other small line threaded threw the opening of the bag in a way so when you pull on the loose end the bag end closes up. Put the bag in the tank with the pull string out the top, use a magnetic glass cleaner to hold the bag on the glass where you want it and positioned in such a way that the bag stays inflated with water. Using the currant from the pump or power head works well for this. Put food in the bag and sooner or later what ever fish you want will go in the bag to eat and then you just pull the string and there you go, fish in the bag.

ok update. Erick they have the damsel and one more like it down at blue sierra marked on hold for you. I bought a cute bicolor blenny to replace the damsel so mr jaws has a friend. Hopefully they get along either way the blenny is super small so I'm sure they will play nice.

My rockwork is good and my corals are looking great!
