hehhe...
i'll PM you with some new pictures.
4000 posts later and I'm glad to see the tank all come together Gabby.... Good job
I have done the remove sandbed, and rescape tank in one day thing 3 times now. My tank was first. No cycle, no losses in my experinence so far. That is just my experince though. The only tank that I set up with a sand bed was mine. The other two were people that called me very unhappy with the person that was servicing thier tanks. They are now tickled to death with the results. One of those clients is a judge and his wife. Thier tank went from a hair algae nightmare, to a clean, and beautiful reef. I will try to take pictures next thursday. I go ever two weeks to drop off make up water, check stuff, and do a 20 gallon water change on a 75.
The other is a 150 that wouldnt even keep fish alive. Now it has pocilpora clones, and pink ricordia clones, popping up all over the live rock, from one colony of each. There were many changes made on that system. It was orginally set up with the only filtration as a marineland wet,dry 1 with the large biowheel, no skimmer, and 4x 65 watt p.c. bulbs. Now it has a precision marine refugium with CHAETO, and a 29 gallon sump. A g-3 skimmer, a phos reactor, and 3 x 250 mh xm 10k bulbs. The owner is very very proud of it as well. It made the front page of the paper in Adair county Ky. So happy in fact that I just took delivery today of a 125 custom starphire glass tank today for another hospitol they own.

LMAO! I'm almost 5,000 posts later and still playing with it!
I never knew snails can grow green hair. That's awesome! I need a snail with green hair. Where can I ge them? Talk about Chia Pet.
LOL! That's funny Gabbs! Your snail looks like a rasta!
Thanks dood, isn't it adorable
definately a first for me! I usually see them with coraline on them. So how do you get it off? Do you cook them like LR?(LOL)
Make sure you shampoo and gel it up.
You probably put rogaine on it. < Rogaine > <-- Did I spell that right?
Imagine putting rogaine on a clownfish? That would look funky. I should try fragging a small green 5 star polyp on my snail and see how it would look like. That would look cool.
