Need Help on Skimmer ASAP!

I have a Etss 500 series and I don't know why it's not bubbling like it should. Water is drain from the top to the bottom of the cylinder but when it come back up it's not making much bubbles and the water line is under the middle bracket piece. Can some on help please... thank you! Feel free to call me because this is really setting me back and I need it done like Now. I believe that you need to adjust the return gate valve. If you close the gate valve slightly the water in your skimmer box will rise, and if you open the gate valve a little the water will lower. It just takes some time to get it fine tuned. Adjust it a little, let it run, then check the water level, and make another adjustment until you get the water level where you want it.

is the skimmer sitting in water or external?

the outlet of these skimmers must be above the water level in your sump.
also, they are worthless without the appropriate pump to run the injector, what pump are you using??

Hey is this Mark from Barrier Reef By a chance? Is so then I will head out there Friday and bring it to you. Also I have two Bak Pak's that I want modded from you again. Man the first one you did for me works like a champ. If not I'll still go down there and get the info from Mark... thanks guys.
