Thanx Scott. I have a 7 month old daughter also, but she wont stay over night till she is at least a year old. We are still trying to get the parenting plan taken care of. Just trying to take it day by day.

also, i hope you have secured a good lawyer, even if a non contest, trust me, you'll be glad to at least pay the retainer to one and have him give a looksie at your scenario. worth every damn penny my friend.

Almost feels like it, but it all seems to be going well so far. I need to get a mediator to halp her and I set up the parenting plan. Im getting settled into my new home. Got the halides up on the 50 gal, thanx Reefman69 for the ballast.

I got the last of my stuff yesterday and painted in the house and garage, mowed and sorted garbage. Now I get to go to the dump today, what fun.
