Mysid Shrimp, Frozen Krill, Frozen or Flake Formula 1, any of the New Life Spectrum products, Cyclopeeze...and the list goes on and on....
The Mysid Shrimp, frozen krill and frozen Formula 1 will be great for your anemone as well. Anemones also like Silver Sides. Just make sure the food is appropriately sized for the anemone. I also wouldn't suggest feeding the anemone more than 2 or 3 times per week.
