just bought 2 Condylactus Anemones today for my clown fish the LFS say they don't need suplimental feading and that they are a fillter feader. just whanting to get all your imput so that they have the longest and happiest lives i can give them.

Well unless you are planning on feeding your clownfish to the condi I wouldn't recommend getting them too close to it. Clowns don't host in them. Small clowns can be eaten by a condi. I would take it back and demand a refund if they told you it would host clowns. If they don't take it back I wouldn't shop there again.
 
Well, it kind of depends on the species of Clown. Some species are more prone to host in certain anemones than others. However, Bubble tips are usually accepted by just about any clown. LTAs are usually pretty well taken to as well. Carpets are great but get HUGE. Sebae are very cool and Clowns seem to like them but they're a little more difficult to keep.
