New Hardwood Floor - Exciting

Okay, it isn't exciting for everyone but just upgraded my home with some new hardwood flooring. It got installed today. It turned out so well (I think) that I thought I would share a couple of pictures.

Looks good what brand did you go with? Did you do it yourself or have it done? Have been looking at floors myself as it is time for an upgrade before another tank upgrade.

That's gorgeous, Chuck. Very nice indeed.

We also replaced our upstairs wall to wall carpet with hardwood a couple of years ago--what a huge improvement. Now we just need to do the downstairs (replace with tile) and we'll have no more carpet in the house.

Looks really nice Chuck! The house we are in the process of buying has hardwood floors as well.

Couple of problems that need to get fixed but it does look good. Needless to say a tank won't be going on that floor

Chuck what is the type of wood used for the stairs? I think it looks great and I wanna do my carpeted stairway.

That looks really nice!!!! I like the color too. My fiance and I want to do hardwood through out the whole live space of hour home. Makes it easier to clean having 2 dogs.
