New resource library section

Can you put together a resource library section for QTs?

I think it would be a good idea to have all of this information grouped together. There is such a wide varity of information needed to set up a QT depending on what they're being set up for. Like minimum lighting requirements, water chemistry, treatment methods, set-up procedures, length of stay, etc.
