I wanted to let you all know that the next MACNA is going to be held in Pittsburgh. This should be a great opportunity to see some fabulous speakers, new and interesting products, rare and unusual livestock, and to hang out with fellow fish geeks from all over the world.

Registration for the full show, including the Friday night reception and Saturday banquet, is only $75! But, this price will only last until the end of the month, so register now to lock in this great price.

We have a number of excellent speakers already confirmed and are aggressively working on others. Here is a current listing:

Holy sh@#@ I was just gonna start this post and here it is!!!! Everyone lets go!!! We can car pool or not. It is about 5.5 hr ride from my house via tpk-78-tpk. Looks like it is Monroeville which is outside of Pittsburgh to the east - so ya don't even have to drive into town. Monroeville is like the shopping area.

Yes, the conference is in Monroeville and is about 1 mile right off the PA Turnpike. It is a very easy drive.

We were informed that PayPal was performing some upgrades this weekend to their merchant account software, so some people were unable to register. So, we have extended the $75 early bird discount rate until 10/9/2006!

Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is the last day for the extended, early bird discount rate of $75.

I am very pleased to announce that Sarah Lardizabal and Dr. Catherine McFadden have been added to the speaker list.

Just a reminder, be sure to buy your tickets this month because beginning Jan. 1st the registration rate goes up from $100 to $125.

Here is a listing of our exhibitors to date. Note, this is only whoever has reserved and paid for space.

I just wanted to let you all know that the Radisson is full. The overflow hotels are the Holiday Inn (412-372-1022 ext. 656) and the Hampton Inn (412-380-4000). Just tell them you are coming for MACNA.

Remember, tickets will be available at the door, particularly the trade show only passes ($25) which gives you access to the convention center where we have 112 booths of exhibitors.
