Sounds like a nice system. I am adding a 135 gallon tank to the house in November. What is the price of the full system - sump, skimmer, reactors? I am also looking at your LED lights on another thread. Can't wait until your store opens....
Oh just wait until you see the whole package Dawge. We designed and built what I consider the cleanest professional working filtration out their system out their and when all assembled in the sump system we also built its all pug and play. Real happy with it.Mojo

Oceans by Design Signature Series Fluidized Bio-Pellet Reactor
**shown with optional Signature Series Protein Skimmer
Our Signature series reactor is designed to constantly and actively turn the Bio-pellets keeping them well oxygenated and preventing bacteria from clumping the pellets together. Built from quality ¼” walled 4” cast acrylic tube measuring 14” tall for durability and long life, the reactor maintains a proper pellet tumble with up to a liter of pellets (enough for a heavy bio-load 400 gallon reef aquarium). The reactor sits on a 3” smoke acrylic stand, which conceals a MJ 1200 pump. The inner diffuser plate is designed to increase the velocity of the water up the interior walls up and through a ½” screened lid, causing the pellets to roll up the side of the reactor and gently tumble back into the center mass. Pre-plumbed with clear PVC and Schd 80 fittings, this unit plugs right into our Signature Series Protein Skimmer. Our lid and tube was designed to prevent accidental slips and drops.
As with any of our Signature series line this unit can also be used as a standalone unit.
Our plug and play system makes cleaning and maintenance a simple chore.

So does this mean the the maxflow to the skimmer is going to be 296gph. Will the be another pump to add water volume to the skimmer??

No need for more water in the Skimmer Dave. Remember a Skimmer is their to skim protein and similar, it does so based on contact time, dwell time and the other laws that over it. So what we did was to make it so the volume of water in the Skimmer is receiving the right amount of air in proportion and that the flow into the Skimmer is staying their long enough to mechanically strip the doc's from the water molecules and then chemically reach them to the clean air bubbles.
Its not only about making foam, its about making sure you allow the mechanical and chemical processes to happen.

I do remember that fact. After you forced me to read the math behind the counter current air driven skimmer. LOL
Just thought a little info on how this type skimmer works would help out some people.

It all looks great! No more need for buying more equipment! I have a 215g mixed reef with around 240g of water volume, after rock/sand displacement. How much for a system from you guys/gal? You can pm me a price if youd rather. Also, are you going to be making a calcium reactor kit instead of kalk for a 2nd choice for those of us thatd rather not use kalk? Co2 solenoid guages etc.
